I am so grateful to Karen Muller for going the extra mile for me yesterday. She didn't have to but was kind enough to understand my situation. Thanks again for the wonderful service and for your patience.
Service at the clinic is slow, inefficient and quite poor. Online bookings were made for vitality assessments that could not be performed due to technical issues at the clinic. Clients were not informed in advance and wasted their time.
Was at the store to purchase a few items. One of the items epi-max was out of stock on the shelves. I asked one of the staff to please check their systems to confirm. She assured me they are out of stock by looking at the shelves. Short while after leaving the store I called to check stock and ask them to notify me when stock is available. To my surprise, the lady tells me there is stock available.
Customer service by the chemist is awful, they refuse to give you basic over the counter goods for a sick child! Definitely won’t rush here in a hurry again. Small and doesn’t really have anything a regular clicks would
I really dread coming to this branch ....it's always a queue of note from the pharmacy to the tills...example 4:tills open out of 8 and the queue extending into the aisles
Waited half an hour while they were busy with someone else for covid vaccination just to be told they do not do it anymore, asked why is there no notice to advice of this. Rudely told they are not allowed to put up any notices. Staff walked passed us as we waited, not one bothered to advise us that we will not be assisted with vaccination. Very disappointed as we could not get our vaccination.
They don't mind putting an electronic item that clearly doesn't work, back on the shelve. Resell it to the next customer. It's the 2nd time now. No good.

The staff refused to serve me an ENTIRE HOUR before closing time. They told me they're closed and can't help me
Don't bother making vaccination bookings here , staff at the pharmacy are rude , the nurses on duty are busy doing there own thing and vaccines are out of stock but no notices are given out , you will just be rudely turned away without any help or justification. Definitely need to train staff on customer and patient support and etiquette. Disappointed and appalled!!!!
