I am very angry right now after calling pillar to post then the lady answered from the pharmacy she seems not even interest to my story before i even explain , all i wanted was for her to arrange medication for my mom as i was about to explain the problem my mom is facing i was gonna ask my niece to go pay for the medication shes telling me abount all the "can't " instead of listening to my story , i wanted her to tell me which medication will be fine for my mom so she arrange before my niece get there so she doesn't have to delay to get the medication back to my mom . She needs to learn to listen and adhere to customer service i am not happy. I know that i need to send someone older than 18years i was just trying to make things easy so that my niece can get back home immediately.
Everytime I visit this clicks I have a problem with the sales or specials. The tellers scan them at full price. Even the manager Hlopogadi was so rude when having to fix the correct discounts.
Trading hours says 8am but you will wait outside for almost 40 minutes before they open. That is very inconveniecing when you are in a hurry

Best pharmacy in town. Different types of medications to choose from.
The staff is helpful and always there if you need anything
