Worst Phamarcy ever, service from staff is horrible. How can a big retail like clicks do not have back up during power cuts. Notice was issued that there will be no power this weekend but they didn't make an effort, the staff seems very excited that their sitting there doing fokvol. Was turned back yesterday that I must come today to collect my prescription, I went there today an I got the worst, an the medication is very crucial . I had to drive 60km to go get this medication coz I another day without them anything bad can happen. I hope top management will do something about clicks Mokopane
It's accurate to say that Clicks Pharmacy can be compared with any of our Government Pharmacies. There's no system to control lines or enough pharmacists and cashiers to assist. It's like they are doing you a favor.
Terrible experience, the worst I've encountered this year, walked in straight to the Pharmacy, I asked Mosa Lekgwathi who was behind the counter to Kindly call Clicks @ Tubatse Crossing to reverse my script so that I can get my meds @ Mokopani. I gave her my medical aid card and she told me she doesn't touch medical aid cards, and it took her more than 45 minutes to get the script reversed. It was after we asked her to call Clicks Tubatse and let us talk to them.....she then asked for my medical aid card after she said she doesn't touch cards....She needs to be taught what we call customer service or send her to Clicks at Nelspruit Plaza, they'll provide coaching and mentorship on dealing with customers Patrick and Mondi are the best
Absolutely terrible from such a big company. Trading hours are not correct. Do you customers a favor and update your trading hours so that customers do not have to drive all the way to the store only to get turned away. Sunday, 28 February 2021, closed before 14:00 and online says that the store closes at 15:00.
I was so surprised at 17h00 today 4 Jan 2021 to find the shop closed and their website clearly state that they trading hours is up to 18h00. What a dissapointment. Why couldn't they update their website on google? Not much to ask? I drove 15km into town to Clicks to find this. There was not less than 4 customers with me.
I had a bad encounter with the pharmacist this morning. She had an attitude,when I got to the counter she didnt even greet me just "ummm" I then asked her dont they greet customers,she said either way. I asked for alcophyllex and she took something in a box and wrapped up gave it to me. I told her that's not what I want,she gave me the right one with no apology nothing..
Always great friendly service from cashiers Queenie and company to helpful pharmacists. 5 starts for Rebla and Mercy, always efficient and knowledgeable . The clinic staffed by Lea is a great addition for our community
Excellent service, limited number of people allowed in store during this difficult time, with friendly staff members. Keep up the spirit.
14h10 closed although website hours show 15h00 on Sundays
