Great little clicks with an array of products. Good selection & well stocked. Very friendly & helpful staff as well. Happy long term customer.
Visited 2 weeks ago and I was assisted by a lady, who goes by the name of Rudo. Super friendly and helpful. The meds she gave me also really helped, I was good to go in a day or two.
The pharmacists are incredibly rude and unhelpful. I came to collect my medication contraceptives and was told that the supplier is out of stock, I asked if they had alternatives or generic versions and got told no. I then phoned another clicks branch and asked if they had stock which they do I will never go to this clicks ever again
Horrible experience. I've been to this Clicks branch multiple times and each has been an onorous experience. The tills only seem to have two tellers at a time even in peak hours, furthermore, I waited at 9am for Clicks to open in order to avoid long queues which are a given at this branch just to find myself waiting at a closed pharmacy way past the opening hours of 9am. No one was available to assist me at the pharmacy section as they had no idea where the pharmacist was. I waited for 30mins. Past 9 before I finally gave up.
After going to Morningside hospital to get my first rabies injection the hospital informed me that I could go to Clicks or Dischem to receive the follow up injections. When I showed the lady at clicks, behind the pharmacy counter, my script she took a minute to understand what I was asking for. She eventually told me that I need to go to the vet to have my vaccine. A VET????? At first I thought she was joking but then the lady started giving me recommendations for a good vet. I actually cannot believe the advice I was given by a pharmacist.
Dispensary calling them useless would be a compliment, request for script to be forwarded not done, no stock of medication taken for numerous years sent to another Branch to get stock to find no stock customer service zero on the up side nicolway has lovely staff.
Never full and I always call the Pharmacy to prepare prescriptions, so that when I collect it's much quicker as it's already packaged. Don't forget your Clicks Card for points!
This clicks pharmacy staff, in particular the pharmacy, is the most unhelpful experience I have ever had. Thumbs down
