Always happy with the service. Staff is very kind and friendly, and professional.
Please update your trading hours, drove from a neighbouring town for the 08:00 opening time only to find the store opening at 9 on a Wed. In fact even other days it only opens at 8:30
I find the staff to be exceptionally helpful and friendly. The products I want may not always be there but I disregard this as it is a small Clicks. The pharmacy is very helpful. The Pharmacist Manager, Janece, is first class.
Best clicks by far. Clanwilliam is the worst by far. I've only had good experience shopping here except for arriving during loadshedding and not allowed in to shop. Management is always aiming to please. I feel like I'm appreciated. If you a regular clicks shopper you will know what I mean ! Thanks to all the staff here a big shout out :
Please change your opening time appropriately if you opens at 08h30 weekdays. Verrrrry frustrating to call and then are told when visiting the shop that, "we do'nt answer the phone before opening time 08h30
The staff are amazing ... the online ordering here not so much
