Why list a phone number when in fact you don't have one - as you don't answer it. We waste phonetime sitting in the automated queue, and, our own time. I have a very simple enquiry that will take 30 seconds of your time. Now I have to drive to you to ask the same question which is going to take an hour of mine.
I love Clicks at Brackenfell, Hyper Market. It's been my go-to pharmacy for years now. Friendly service and helpful staff. I don't go anywhere else for prescriptions or self medication products anymore. Whenever I call them regarding information they are always friendly and patient. Big thumbs up from me.
This is the most disappointing Clicks to visit. Long pharmacy wait times and unprofessional store staff, laughing and joking loudly about customers; yelling and shouting at each other inside the store. So many staff standing around, yet only two tills are staffed.
Negative would be best rated. Nationally they have incorrectly priced an item by R100 difference and when you bring it to their attention after purchasing at the wrong price they can’t refund you the difference but you must rather return the entire product. Ridiculous including the managers assistance at this branch. He wanted to send us back to a branch in another town when we purchased the item at the wrong price. Not worth shopping here. I’ll stick to Dis-Chem.
If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would. We went there last week just to get plasters and fungal cream and the whole experience lasted 40 minutes. First we had to wait outside 20 minutes after load shedding had ended because they couldn't open their doors until the system was online and then we still had to wait in line at the chemist, while they are unpacking boxes and taking their sweet time to attend to the customers. AT one point the two pharmacists were yelling at each other about a customer order. Very unprofessional. Will never go back there again. Needless to say we left with nothing and wasted 40mins of our lives.
I was at your store yesterday to purchase medicine using my medical aid the pharmacist who was assisting me was so weird and all of the sudden i was told that my medical aid has been used up mind you i just got a. Statement and i had funds. I was so disappointed but to my surprise today i get a notification of claim from them. I am definitely going to open a fraud case
They have a good range of products but the wait time at the pharmacy is horrendous. They are also closed during loadshedding.
This is my first negative post, but I would like to complain about Clicks. The store doesnt answer their phone! The Pharmacy is even worse - you phone them with an enquiry and they pick up and drop the phone! In other words you are still being charged for a call! My husband and I decided not to go to that particular Clicks again.
Just plain pathetic when you make use of their pharmacy specially Thabisa Gijana who cannot ensure that your 3 month chronic does reflect on medicine sticker as 1/3 and now we must battle to get through by phone and they did not even bother to answer. It cost us now to get into the car waste petrol to make sure future issue will not be a problem
They never answer the phone in the afternoon.tried calling 5 times today.no answer and the switchboard set to divert to a fax line.get your act together surely there must be someone assigned to taking calls.l, just as your competitors answer promptly.
