Clicks Welgemoed I am so disappointed today with the service received from both the pharmacists on duty this morning, very rude and sarcastic with the stand-in nurse aswell as my husband. What a way to start off the new year. We have been loyal, paying customers for the past five years, but will take our business elsewhere going forward. A litlle bit friendliness and patience goes a long way. I would like to thank the stand-in nurse for her professional way in handling the situation.
What wonderful staff members you have in Nicole and Ian! A pity for two prescriptions I did not receive my SMS's to advise me my prescriptions are ready for pick up.
Today I went and made an appointment for 16:45 to go see the clinic sister. I rushed to get to the branch within 15 minutes as this was the last booking for the day, which I could make before 16:30. I get to Clicks, the power is off, they are shut, the one lady slightly opens the door and says they are closed and the sister went home!!!!! Where are the generators, rechargeable lights, anything to keep the store open in load shedding?! Woolworths and even the one bottle store at the centre have a generator. My time and fuelwhich is damn expensive was all wasted. Extremely poor service from Clicks.
About 2 weeks ago I fainted in Clicks due to my Chronic illness. The Staff immediately called an ambulance. They left EVERYTHING to assist me. They were so kind. I can't even explain how much I appreciate all the help I got from everyone in Clicks Welgemoed. I go there daily as I work in Welgemoed Forum. The Staff is so friendly. Every single Staff Member is FRIENDLY. Always greeting me on my Name! Your Nurse at Welgemoed. I don't even have words to describe what a lovely & kind person she is! I have a high blood pressure problem. I go weekly for a check up. She works so gentle & kind. She really is a great Nurse! I will recommend this Clicks to everyone!
A store we go to often and always happy with the friendliness and service on the staff. However, as with so many retailers, on shelf pricing is very poor. A special for Huggies Pants at R169 was an attractive option for us and when we got to the shelf we saw the correct price on the shelf and what looked like the Size 5 Pants. Without double checking, we put the pack in our cart. It was only once we opened the pack at home to use them on our 2 year old, did we realise that the pack we had taken was a pack of Huggies Nappies priced at R259. So not only did we not get what we wanted, we also paid a higher price. I realise it is up to the consumer to make sure that we double check pricing etc. But it irks me that these stores get away with sloppy shelf pricing and the consumer just has to deal with the consequences.
Today after making a small purchase I checked my slip when I got home. I realised that R 1 had been added to each items price. When I returned to the store on the same day the staff shrugged and said it must be a system error and offered no other response. My family and myself have gone to this store at least once a week for the past 10 years as we live close by. How many times has a system error occurred?

Always out of stock, seem to be always closed when all the other shops around it are open and the staff never want to help you. In today's economic one should treat a potential client like royalty, that's what I tell my staff cause without customers there would be no jobs.
Absolutely shocking! Trying to order meds for my son and I get told they to busy to take out call.
Made an appointment at the clinic inside the Clicks. Sister was really helpful and treated me with respect.
