If I could give zero stars I would. This store has the worst service. They are supposed to open at 8am but they never do. There are always a line of people in the mornings they couldn't care less. If any other pharmacy in Paarl would open at 8am this store would never ever see me but alas I keep on returning hoping for the best. However, complaining doesn't help they always have an excuse. With load shedding they close every day for at least two hours. When I wrote to their head office I was told they only close during stage 4. I told them it's not true they close like clockwork regardless of the stage, but nobody cared, I didn't even get a response.
I would give ZERO stars, if I could! I've just visited this store and felt the quality of service was extremely poor. First, the cashier failed to ring up 2 items and only realized once I'd already paid! She laughed about it and then couldn't decide whether she wanted to put the items in my packet or not! I didn't have time to re-do the transaction, so I told her to just leave it. Then I checked my till slip and the Sunlight Dishwashing Liquid Refills I'd bought had gone through at full price, while I'd seen a promotion showing it was 2 for R50. The "manager on duty" first said that it's just with a Club Card, which I DID have and then said it was for the bottles, not the refills She didn't seem sure of herself!. The signage on the shelf did not state NO REFILLS and the refills were packed directly above the sign! I had to get back to work and didn't have time to argue with the inept staff, so I left without items I'd wanted to purchase while having spent nearly R12 more than I'd wanted to, because of this pathetic store!! THIS is why I prefer Dischem!!!
Short queues. Friendly staff. Not too expensive merchandise. They have parking space in front that is part of the shopping centre. There are very few wheelchair friendly parking spaces. I like the store.
Normally when you go to a pharmacy you're not feeling your best...but the pharmacist and assistants make you feel better with their friendly and courteous assistance.
Pharmacists are all very helpful and take their to assist you. You are not rushed like at some other places. They are knowledgeable and always try to give the best advise.
Simply the best stuff I've come across,Both Pharmacists Lida and Annette are really amazing thay so friendly and helpful.Thay always up for a challenge to try and figure out how and what is wrong health wise.So impressed.Thanks to the whole Clicks stuff.
This shop does not stock the complete range of several brands. Yes, the availability is better when buying online but there is a big setback: Clicks does not offer payments with a credit card Master Card that is registered with an overseas bank. So much for innovation... Dischem had the same issue, but at least you can pay with any card when you collect your order in store.
Clicks Paarl has the Pharmacy located within the store, which is large and well-stocked. The staff were friendly and helped me locate what she needed. The store was clean and bright. There was no parking nearby and I had to park down aside street but it was only a short walk.
Excellent service. "A Class" worth every penny friendly service no attitudes staff are really knowledgable passionate about their work. Expensive but worth the money especially their clinic.
Very friendly staff, the cashier went out of her way to help me. Thank you.
