Update: Thanks to my granddaughter and Corné of Meyerton branch the latest issue has been resolved to my complete satisfaction. This pharmacy has to be the most useless I've EVER had to deal with. Even with a Clicks prescription card these tossers can't get it right. 3rd time out of 3 times they messed the script up.
Unfriendly and standing in the queue for 5 minutes but I'm the only customer. If I didn't need the product I would have left
Extremely noisy in the office area. Laughing and talking out loud. The whole shop can hear it. And the cashier was very unfriendly.
Clicks is closed at 09h30 on Sunday morning 18 September in Meyerton! How can this be? Please don't tell me it's due to Loadshedding - a pharmacy which people depend on for medication should be better prepared.

URGENT COMPLAINT : A friend took my sister to Meyerton on a trip she had to do. Janine my sister handed in a script for antibiotics to a pharmacist at CLICKS MEYERTON. She made a mistake counting the tablets. Instead of TEN only FIVE. This CLICKS does not want to correct its mistake to courier the missing tablets to my sister in Westonaria they say its too far, not even if Randfontein Clicks delivers on their behalf, apparently its 5 km out of radius. This is NOT a request for delivery this is SERIOUS MEDICAL MISCONDUCT which should be corrected URGENTLY even if the manager gets into his OWN car to deliver the missing tablets! A MISTAKE LIKE THIS CAN CAUSE MY SISTER TO DIE BECAUSE SHE IS VERY ILL. PLEASE CORRECT THIS MISTAKE URGENTLY, SEND A COURIER TO HER : JANINE +27 72 374 6470 WESTONARIA
The pharmacist on duty is more concerned in having chats with people than issuing prescriptions. Had to wait for her to finish her family discussion with the person in front of me for a couple of min after the person had already received the medication
Pharmacy: Ticket machine not working Queue 30 minutes and longer Not enough pharmacists And no stock of medicine you a need
This pharmacy is useless the staff are incompetent and dont care about the customer, every month there are new staff members behind the pharmacy counter and dont know what is going on. The management dont care about taking complaints seriously won't use clicks Meyerton again.
The ticket system at the pharmacy just don't work!! I had to wait in the queue, people picking up meds and prescription meds, pass in the queue. What's the use going to the pharmacy then!! It is frustrating waiting and everyone else is being served! Pathetic!!! I will rather not use clicks pharmacy
