Friendly and helpful service from the staff. All the products and services one would expect from Clicks.
Save yourself the frustration and use Dischem rather! My experiences at the Garden Route Mall Clicks branch are becoming increasingly frustrating and aggravating. The pharmacy staff are rude and/or painfully slow. Some of the tellers show a very negative and condescending attitude. The shopping carts / trolleys are in extremely short supply. If you happen to reach the till with a full shopping cart at a moment when load shedding starts, you will not be able to pay by card cash only! as they do not have a generator. Despite always requesting that they do NOT prepare my monthly repeat prescriptions in advance at the branch as I travel a lot, they continue to insist in "doing me the favour" of preparing the repeats in advance AND manage to get the medication wrong or not include the repeat scripts from ALL doctors. As for the ticket system at the dispensary, please do not listen to the signs that encourage you to shop after you have requested a ticket and while waiting for the ticket number to be called, as the dispensary staff just cancel all the numbers if they see no one sitting in the waiting area.
The queuing system at the dispensary is a joke. I arrive, collect my ticket and wait for just on 10 minutes before one of the pharmacists becomes available. In the interim at around 7 minutes in my wait 3 people collect tickets for over the counter medication. Once the pharmacist was free, the ticket system called for them and not me. I was there first. I stood up and left and went to Dischem. I had a 6 month repeat prescription so that business is now lost and probably any future business too. Whoever designed that system needs to be brought to book as I am sure I am not the only customer to do this and you will not be the last
Everything you expect to find at a clicks or pharmacy type store. Good specials on some items, I always love the 3 for the price of 2 specials. Service might however be lacking with quite a wait at the pharmacy and even at the till during busy times.
They have a lot of staff that can work at the tills but no there is only two people working there Worst part is their manager doesn't care about all the complaints Please do a better job before someone else takes your position away
Most unfriendly rude non knowledgeable stuff - one till operating most of the time. Terrible. Stuff always looks tired! 5 people chatting at till in Xhosa - English is our Language - while one is working.
This store is well stocked on most goods, although they did not have stock of the items I was looking for. One of the items was on promotion and they did not even offer a raincheque. Other than that they will probably have what you address looking for.
Service at dispensory was good as well as at the till point
A staff member literally pushed me out of the way while walking behind me. The staff are unhelpful and rude.
Nobody on the floor to assist!!!
