Woolworths Store Plett

Arrived at Woolies today. Their Google page says open at 7am, only to be told they are installing a new generator and are opening at 9am. Update your Google page Woollies!

Really nice layout of the store and a great variety in the food section.

Love Woolies but this store frequently does not have stock of numerous items. Packers are always very helpful with going to check if there is any stock in the stores. Staff and manager are usually very polite and helpful.

Good store. Good product. Service can improve slightly.

It's probably not too bad given the small town it is in, can be quite crowded over the festive season and as a result there are long queues. During off peak seasons its good, food section maybe a tad bit small

Terrible terrible terrible service from the ladies working in the deli area. Customers standing there waiting and waiting to a point where we had to ask one of the workers to go ask someone to come and assist us. Then this lady pops out the door telling me that they are coming. Yes sure thanks that makes me feel better now. Then another one arrives later acting like she is doing us a favor. I felt like physically doing something to her. She clearly doesn't care if woolworths lose customers because its not her business. And she still doesn't understand what she's done wrong!

Nice woolies. Seems that stock does go quickly but they restock ASAP. I went just before they close - and it was not busy. They have clothing and huge food section as well as woolies take away coffee.

The clothing departments , shoes etc need a whole new makeover. Too cramped, no space to stop and browse, trolleys hardly fit. They seriously need more space and to upgrade and look around at stores in Jhb. Clothing caters a lot for holiday makers and forgetting that the locals are here all year round. Why should we have to go to George for a reasonable shopping experience? Come on Woolworths.
