Riversdale Spur

Best experience ever! We were a massive group of people but the food still came early. The beef burger was delicious, the chips were crunchy but also soft and the onion rings were really nice. The ice cream with chocolate sauce were literally the best! The ice cream was so creamy and the chocolate was immaculate. It was a perfect amount of food for a long bus drive. I'm super impressed with the service we got!

Absolutely the worst spur! Dirty, doors broken, we waited ages for a steak order which was cooked well done when I asked for medium, after sending it back I got another steak blue, the chips were disgusting and oily and onion rings were not edible! After expressing our disgust to the manager, he simply shrugged and said “ yes he knows service and food is bad, there is nothing he can do about it” Total waste of money

Wonderful staff who made our day with their banter. Unfortunately my drink was forgotten entirely but I guess that is down to Spur's strange policy of not writing things down? The natchos were excellent but some other food around the table was only good. Still a great visit.Food: 4/5

Order had to be placed twice ax waitress forgot to hand it in. Spur loyalty points were lost although done manually but even after contacting Spur head office and multiple supporting emails to them no correction or feedback. Useless Customer Support

There are many Spurs around the country but the Riverdale Spur for me is one of the better ones. Excellent service and food Nice and very convenient if you travel on the N2. Recommend a stop New review. Never surprise me the excellent service we receive at this Spur everytime we come here.Well done to staff and management. Keep it up.Best restaurant around. Everything was cold,chips overcooked , bread shockingly thin and cheap quality. What is happening to my favorite Riversdale restaurant???Do I need to look elsewhere???

I visited this branch with my friend today06.10.2022, we had an amazing time. The lady who assisted us ,Merdolichia was out of this world,phenomenal, friendly and helpful. Thanks Merdo You're absolutely AMAZING!

Great service. We arrived as two bus loads of children were being served breakfast but the staff were cheerful and efficient and we had a great breakfast.

As a result of loadshedding not all the food that I ordered could be prepared. I understood that but I had to pay full price. Unacceptable to me.

Food was delicious, but did order the Malva Pudding and will not recommend that. The staff was wonderful and helpful.Food: 3/5

Waited 45min and did not even get a menu.... No waitress even asked if I want a menu... They walked past me 5 time and attended to the table behind me and in front of me. All the manager said.... SORRY
