Hi, today I was at the Gateway Mall and it was quite late, when I went to cash for my items I had the opportunity to speak to a wonderful lady, I mentioned it was late but her attitude was so sweet and kind, I know that during this time everyone is getting their shopping done and it is very busy, but she was so sweet. I highly recommend her to get a job well done. She was a young colored girl that's the only way I can describe her, apologies I didn't get her name. I work in the customer service industry so I do understand that when it comes to end of day everyone is tired and just wants to get home. She is the pleasant girl that uses the term darling. I think she is doing a good job and she should know that a few kind words and being so pleasant does actual makes someones day, so well done clicks on employing such excellent workers.

Nice place, essential items found here, staff could seem a little more happy especially on the weekend but all in all, great experience, would recommend, just like the other clicks pharmacies. This place is that much better though because it is conveniently located in gateway mall, surrounded by your other favorite shops.

This clicks store has been around for ages! The store itself is dated and is in needs of a refresh. The pay point feels very cramped and when it’s busy, the line often weaves into the isles. I visited the pharmacy today to collect some prescription medication and it took forever! With so much competition in this space, I think clicks can definitely do better than this.

They have five numbers listed on their website for Gateway Clicks, but none of them go through - even the Pharmacy number

One of the best service I have ever received. From Samantha the nurse at Clicks clinic. She has a welcoming spirit. High on customer. Respect and customer service. The best example of how to make a health vitality check experience memorable. Thanks Samantha  I went to Clicks Clinic to try my luck as walk in. The nurse was not busy - had one client. Although the service is good but am disappointed, I bought Safeway convection oven today it is not working and I am not getting help I try to call them sadly no solution

With Covid around, everyone is uncertain and afraid. I had registered my parents whom are very elderly recently for the vaccine and received a message for them to go through to JHB for vaccination, not knowing what to do i went through to Clicks Gateway and requested if they are able to assist. Kim and Samantha are the most welcoming and helpful individuals especially in terms of the vaccine, they assisted with booking and vaccinating my parents with the utmost care and I salute you both. Thank you for making me and my parents feel so comfortable. I would recommend Clicks to everyone... Kim and Samantha deserve credit for the way they carry themselves....Well Done...

Depending on what time you arrive, it's always crowded, so plan your visit. I'd recommend first thing in the morning. There's always a wait at the pharmacy. Hardly any staff on the floor. And if there are staff, you can't recognise them. Pricing is OK, but I'd suggest you shop around for pricing as there are cheaper alternatives to Clicks

Clinic dirty and disoirganised. Sister stand up and greet your customers; welcome them and let them know what will happen during their consultation with you. Discovery you can do better, The half hearted service i received and the lack of professionalusm  in surroundings and attitude reflects badly on your brand. Staff training is sorely needed.
