What an absolutely DISGUSTING store and pharmacy staff attitude! Stopped here today to get a script stood in the line only to get to the front and be told “go stand there is is not for scripts” - not even hello or sorry or a bit of human decency just RUdE and obnoxious terrible person! DONT EVER go to this pharmacy surely people need to learn they can not be rude and treat you like a rubbish! I just can not handle people with no empathy or self control at least be nice when you make people wait for ever, just to shunt them to another queue - I WISH there was a ZERO star for this place
Store full of lazy people. Even when you call they never answer all departments. If they answer they will drop the line or say they putting you through and hang up. Incompetent stuff that's been there for years they don't care anymore.
Overall store is fine, pharmacy is too slow. They need a better mechanism or pharmacy staff. Lead pharmacist constantly bothered by assistants for checks and signatures while assisting customers leading to much longer time spent on one customer. Also rather have 1 queue for OTC and prescriptions so that all customers are attended to timeously.
What a useless pharmacy the pharmacist is even more useless cant read doctors script she has to be told how many weeks the medication is given for cant deal #useless
Store is ok but shuu the pharmacy is incredibly slow, little frustrating if your purchasing over the counter medication
It's very convenient especially for the people that stays around. It's nit massive and you get a great service too
Worst service in the world!!!! Been on hold for the dispensary for over 20 minutes with no answer. Then the call just drops. The staff believe that they are doing me a favour when I can take business elsewhere and definitely will. A bunch of unhelpful, uninterested and definitely uneducated clowns that have no desire to work.
Lovely stuff. Shop is quite small so you won’t always find what you want. It does have the essential items. The pharmacy is my fave as the queues are never more than 10mins long
Slowest pharmacy ever, I tried several times over the last year. I have given up, will not go there again
Service at the phamarcy is very slow.
