Absolutely pathetic service! such brilliant advertising that allows you to believe efficacy. I tried to cancel but account was put on hold and still debited after stating I wish to cancel. Was told no refunds either...contacted fraud and corruption unit regarding the case I required assistance with and my matter was resolved in 2weeks. Just imagine!

Worst service ever. i don't recommend it to anyone. The broker took my banking details and registered his name without my awareness, so basically I was paying insurance for him, only found out when I cancelled the policy. Untrustworthy Policy, total scam.

Clientele Legal has been debiting my account over two years, and for the first time when requesting assistance regarding a very simple legal matter, I was treated with the poorest level of service one could imagine! The consultants rush to over promise and take your money, but when it's time to deliver, not one of those promises are effected. I am deeply disgusted and disappointed at how thos has been handled and have cancelled my policy. Clientele needs to stop over advertising. These FSPs are all a scam.

Rubbish service, please dont believe anything they tell you, they will waste your time and take your money. Pathetic Service They also keep closing the case after not getting ahold of me, Absolutely useless, don't waste your time. I would not recommend this to anyone even to my worst enemy. Clientele life is a BIG SCAM. They call you once when you dont pick up they send you an sms saying they been trying to reach you the whole day. Hate you

People.if you do not want to be reaped off DON T join clientele. They do not pay when its time to pay. They are making false claims. I have not been paid for my dad who passed away in hospital.They wanted me to privide file records from hospital whereas the hospital don t allow to give file records. Clientele this will take care of your customers.

Not happy with the clientele perks plan , there was a debit order and I never recieved my perks it says limit reached. When I call them they tell me it's a technical error which they failed to fix for the whole month but the debit order doesn't miss , if there was zero stars I'd rate clientele zero

Being trying to cancel my clientele perks for the past 3 weeks, wasnt aware of the 130,00 being taken away from me and every time I tried to dispute the debit order, its would not cancel, tried calling them and the line got cut 3 times, and also I tried to cancel on the app, still unsuccessful.

Clientele keeps trying to deduct money from my wife's account, then telling her a broker spoke to her face too face? She never had anybody from Clientele visit her and we are not interested in ANY of your products also never have been. Where or how you got her information is beyond me and its scary. Braking the POPI act regulations if you ask me. My wife will be taking this further!

Useless hospital plan I had from clientele. Any advert I see of clientele I feel disgusted of how I was treated. I had the plan which covers for maternity a year or 2years before I fell pregnant, I paid every month. Got admitted at the hospital and I had few complications but gave birth eventually. I completed the necessary documents with my Doctor, I claimed and I received R260 rands only.I had to pay for hospital bill,which was plus minus R3000.
