Was very astonished by the knowledge and willingness of the sales person that assist us. By just showing the person an picture we were quickly assisted with the replacement battery for our laptop. Service was bad. We had to stand around for a long time before being served, while the staff were chatting to each other. Once we were helped, they didn't even ha e the computer we wanted.

The stwff knows all there is to know about all your computer needs. I bought a 10m LAN cable, a 1.5m HDMI cable and a 2m USB cable. All for under R200. What a bargain!! Go and visit them

I went in there for application installation and I was told to that they were fully booked so my laptop would take maybe a day or two. Less than two hours later, I get a call to come collect my laptop. Fastest service I ever got. The staff was also nice.

I'm reluctant to give even one star. My laptop was sent to Compuden for a simple CPU fan replacement. When I received my laptop back, not only was the fan not working but the operating system was also not working, displaying a fan warning message and crashed minutes after I switched it on. The technician obviously botched the fan procedure and the operating system shut off as a result of this; however, the technician claimed that the laptop must have fallen after he worked on it accepting no responsibility. My sister in law went to Compuden and asked for proof of him testing the laptop after he had replaced the fan; he lied and showed her CCTV footage of him opening someone else's laptop, hoping I wound't find out. I will never do business with Compuden again.

Worth calling, most of the time they will meet your pc needs, the price is fair, normally little more than takealot.
