The service was good and friendly. Got my microvave just after an hour and it was on a Friday . It was much apprediated. Keep up the good work.

Their customer service is very bad. My washing machine doesn't work, and which is under guarantee. I'll already wait for 2 weeks to come and fix it.

If you have a Defy appliance problem or need a part to fix your appliance, just visit them you will never be disappointed.

Did not get what I want and need. Staff was friendly, but company messed up. I don't want to go into details, but they sold me something that they were phasing out and did/do not allow simple upgrade, even though they have part available.

Very bad and slow service. We are waiting for a part for our dishwasher for 4 weeks. No communication from the service department. No one cares about customer service. Think twice before you by a Defy product.

Waiting three weeks for the correct spare part. Personnel promise to phone back, but client have to follow up. Phone answering non existing.

I was collecting my order when loadshedding started. I was helped in Afrikaans and they went through a lot of trouble to find the part I ordered!
