Was there February 2022. Your receptionist began by calling me 20 minutes before my appointment to ask if I was still coming, then when I arrived 5 minutes before, the dentist was not ready for me. I had to wait 15 minutes or more while you attended another client. Not even a week later, for the fillings that had been done, parts of it had broken off and started to cause problems. I informed you and rebooked but upon rebooking was nicely informed that I'd be getting an additional cleaning treatment at the cost of R700 WHICH I DID NOT ASK FOR. This alone had me decide not to let you fiddle with my teeth again. The "Dentist" that assisted me was still a student and did not seem like she really knew what she was doing. I sat very uneasy throughout the entire appointment as the dentist and the dental assistant spoke in an african language the entire time being fully aware that I as an English speaking client did not understand.You had the job of fixing my cavity, not forcing unwanted services on a cash paying student client. I had to once again seek out a dentist a few months later to fix your unprofessional and expensive work . You would not even get 1 star from myself if it were an option. You r unprofessional establishment has definitely lost me as a potential future client.
