If I could give this a - minus 10 I would. Worst service ever! And very unprofessional. They lie to you and treat you for things you don’t need. Money hungry and they honestly don’t know what they are doing. My teeth went from okay to worse, they just kept taking my money and making my problem worse! Save yourself and save your money!!!! Stay away from them !!! I repeat stay away and find someone else. The whole time I had my braces which I did not need! they was no orthodontist and no treatment plan!

The most terrible service ever. The place to go if you enjoy waiting for hours it is walk-ins even for orthodontic patients. The receptionists Elsie and crew are the most unprofessional, disorganised and rude - both in person and on email. Unfortunately the “practice” at Francis Baard has a different Dentist operating there who is actually friendly and does her job well. I had to terminate my contract with them when I relocated and I was sent pillar to post just to get my file and release letter. A complete nightmare and waste of time
