Dr Nkhumeleni

The consultations with doctors that work under Nkhumeleni are always pleasant but the receptionists hardly pick up their phones and the people that manage accounts are even worse. No one is available to attend to account queries when you call, statements are not sent even after you call, this is a major improvement area.

I had braces to fix the front teeth where one was shorter than the other, the process was done twice since the retainer got broken and the teeth went back to the way they were, second time around, same thing happen. the retainer seemed to not have been installed properly as the same time. It was money down the drain for me.

I spent a little over a year with braces on, only for my teeth to come out worse than they looked before. My overbite’s worse; I suddenly have a lisp I never had and my mouth has a funny shape because of this. When you call his office, he’s always unavailable. He doesn’t respond to emails even. Complete waste of money.

My smile is brighter and my confidence has been improved , I can walk into any meetings with out fear the dentist is the best , love you The forever smiling young man. See you soon soon .
