Wow. I’ve never received such terrible service in my life. They literally take hours to answer the phone. Once answered, they are extremely rude. The lady who I spoke to completely refused to help or at least give some sort of guidance in how I could proceed with my situation and she cut my call while I was trying to get more information/express my frustration. I’m appalled with the treatment I received. I’m actually so shocked!
The worst service ever that I have received.My husband & I both applied on the same day&Only I received my passport back..even though we applied under group passports. CAPAGO AND THE CONSULATE fully being aware that we travel on Sunday. OUR entire trip has had to be arranged because the France consulate closes at 11am on Friday!Not only does the center not care about people but also the consulate. How people are treated is actually wrong on all levels.How do you send back 1 passport back when we are a couple and make us miss our traveling date unjustifiabley so!How do ruin ppls plans and no one is accountable. This consulate is wrong!
