the lady who answers the phone is so rude!! I ask if I can speak to someone to assist me with a quote she said they are busy with stock take. I ask again I need to get i quote!! then she says I can phone on Monday again!!! poor service will never use them again!!!

Website says they close at 5. Our truck stopped there at 4:30, they refused to help us and said they closed. Jurie refused to help or make a plan. Worst customer service ever. Will not order from them again.

Pathetic and total disregard for customer care. A lady by the name of Agnes with her partner in crime Louis both clearly teamed up “against” good business ethics. Had it not been for the unrest in the country, would’ve settled for another supplier.

Wrote an elaborate story about how long everything took while still waiting, google told me i was using to many characters. So short of it is i waited long, customer service was horrible and they are just rude. Here is a photo of the floor since i was starting at it for what felt like a lifetime.

Pretoria branch pathetic service. Two days gone and still waiting for price list. Most other branches the ones in Jhb don’t even answer their phone. Hope they go out of business and don’t waste any more of my time !!!!!

Shocking and pathetic attitude. I honestly can not believe this is the way a salesman treat a customer before I even told him what I needed. Here it seems they are doing you a favour by taking your money. Luckily this is the only time I will ever need them.

Don’t answer phones and won’t allow you to cut your order in half to accommodate transport. Terrible customer service

Google says the close at 3pm on a Friday. Was there at 14:50 and allready shown away at the gate.
