Couch Man

My couches have finally arrived and I am now a happy customer, we can work a little bit more on customer service communication wise,other than that Job well done !!!

Received my couch and the quality is so so so so perfect, the material and the feel are out of this world, the delivery was very quick. Love their service so much. Looking forward to supporting them again

In the interests of full disclosure, I've had my couches for a few years now and they don't look too bad on the outside. However, when I took the covers off to wash them, the insides are appalling. Not only are there dozens of unfinished threads and fraying seams which have not been overlocked, but the so-called foam cushions are a disgrace. The foam hasn't been cut to fit the covers and remnants of other materials cover the foam to supplement the ill-fitting inners. This makes it very difficult to put the covers back on the cushions, and I had to push and pull to insert the inners back into the covers resulting in a lumpy appearance. I'm on my own and very particular about my furniture, but I don't think that the badly made cushions would last for very long in a family situation.

This place is terrible! Chris and Sheila/Shelly give you no updates, they don’t care at all about customer service. The couch was week late and poor quality already dents in the couch . So bad I can’t even give them any credit! You will lose customers

Wonderful service from Letta. She is so friendly and helpful. Letta went above and beyond to assist me. The best part is our couch was finished a week earlier than expected. Will certainly recommend them. Another bonus is they are also very well priced!

I wouldn't reccomend this company to anyone who wants a smooth process with good customer service. You get no updates, you have to check yourself or you will never know the status of your order. Twice, they let us down and made no effort, it's 3 weeks now and I'm still waiting . Very unprofessional and extremely disappointing. Rather pay a little more and use a known company. Further to the above, they then promised delivery yesterday, I waited till 9pm at night for them. They didn't answer messages or take my calls. Fantastic experience hey? I'm done with you guys. Never again!

This business is an absolute joke. Firstly I ordered my couch and they made the incorrect one. Then when I was told to collect the new couch, it was not there when I got there. They promised after hour delivery due to the inconvenience and just never bothered to deliver or take any of my calls.

As always friendly service. Well worth the wait. They can even help with reupholstering if your dog ate your couch that you bought there. Staff doing deliveries are not friendly.
