Your service is very bad there is no customer service and your employees are very lazy and incompetent. It’s safe to say it was the fist and last time we ever shopped there, never again They take advantage of people and give service according to status. Randburg.

Exceptional service from the sales lady that helped me, her name is Busi. She was amazing she helped me pick the right bed and even phoned me a few days later to check if I am happy with my purchase. She is a real service champion . We need more people like you sisi Busi
I purchased a fridge from this store on the 27th of April which I found was scratched when I opened it, on Wednesday I was sent another fridge that was scratched worst than the first one. I was told by the manager that she was logging a call with the head office and then I was told they logging a call with Hisense... Today being the 10th 9f May I have no feedback. I contacted russells head office as well as hisense and there was never a call logged with either. This is absolutely disgusting service I would never purchase from this store again.
We bought 2 beds and arranged delivery yesterday. Nothing. Their phone just rings. We slept on the floor. I went into the store. They phoned the delivery company who lied -- saying they phoned me to organize one day later. The branch manager said there is no log of that call. They arranged immediate delivery of one bed. We have that. The manager also promised to email the delivery order. 4 hours later -- nothing. Also, no bed delivery. FINALLY after I went again to the store and waited an hour, a different delivery guy was organized from the store. The bed finally arrived. It seems Russell's wanted to solve the problem, but have questionable delivery services
Poor poor service have never been this disappointed in my life, service is terrible, story after story jus to deliver a small thing, I'm taking my money somewhere else next time,
Okay shop to get what you want. Staff is friendly
The workers there are not welcoming. You have to wait to make payment, only to be told that the second person who assists with payments is on lunch. Customers are not prioritized
Excellent service by the lady whom I assume was the manager. Well done, ma'am!
Very disappointed in the quality of furniture, the TV stand has an extra leg in the center making it uneven and the door was screwed in badly as well, everything is just skew.
