Hi. the store have a Very friendly staff, good service, but I got so disappointed, we bought a bed for my son in August and last week the bed is already not in good condition, the springs are broken now the mattress is shapeless and making funny sound. i'm not happy at all.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE STORE. I purchased a floor lamp on the 23rd of July 2021. On the 24th, I canceled the order and requested a refund via email. No response to my emails. When you call the number listed, the person who answers tells you they'll pass on the message to the store. Please also check the reviews on Hello Peter.
We ordered 5 chairs from this company at the end of March and was told that we would receive the chairs ten days after payment was made. We have since been told 5 new dates of arrival and still have not received our chairs. The sales department have made no effort to communicate what is going on. Disappointing.
This is a really good store. They have a wide variety of furniture. Elegant furniture from your lounge to your bedroom. They are very reasonable on their pricing. The best part about shopping here is that every time I go in they always have a new range so you bound on finding the perfect piece of furniture that suits your taste for your home. I purchased a chest of drawers and am very happy with it.
