Sales man was not interested or didn't try to understand what exactly I was looking for after asking him to come take a look at what I needed item was in my car. Was told "I'm offering a solution and you are giving me problems" will not reccomend.

The staff are always friendly. I needed my globes replaced and on both occasions the guys assisted in replacing them. Thanks for excellent service

Fast service but you have to make sure to give accurate details or they will give you wrong parts.

Very bad service today I told the guy am in need of the injectors green one and told bradon what Colour do I need he ordered the wrong part. as I was telling him that I don't need this Colour, he swear at me called me stupid I then went straight to a till lady asked her for a manage she told me manager wasn't there poor service

Extremely poor service after I called to get a service kit and I was told that it is in stock. I drove from Naledi Soweto only to be told that they had nothing. I mean they did not even have any oil for the vehicle. Worst service ever!

Terribly unprofessional service and not willing to do anything to help. Have visited the store twice as it is the most convenient but on both times I have been met with negative remarks when asked if the staff could suggest where I find the desired products. Would not recommend. Sadly this was the Randburg Midas. And the best thing suggested was that I go to the Malebongwe one, where I was met with absolutely fantastic service and helped, they even express ordered the coil packs I required.

Typical MIDAS+ shop. Good value

Very helpful and convenient. Always have good customer service. Also good to check online for what you'd be looking for in specific before going instore to help out with your search
