Excellent service and enthusiastic-to-help staff. Extremely reasonable pricing and quality fabric and accessories. Three helpful staff members assisted me in picking the items I needed to make a garment. I was offered a bench where I could work alone to compare the fabric choices and various embellishments that matched -without feeling under pressure to make a hasty decision. The staff always reassured their availablity to offer any guidance or assistance. I spent over an hour in store and it was an absolute delight. Definitely a returning customer. Thank you for the amazing service and value for money.

Horrible! PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THISS SHOP!!! They are lying thieves - they sold me 50/50 blend as 100% Cotton - which I wanted to tie dye - been waiting 2 weeks for the manager to finish in "meetings" to give me a call.

Do not reccomend. I drove a far distance to go to this store at 8.30 am, when I arrived it was still closed. Many other cars were parked outside the gates waiting for the store to open but it just stayed closed. I called the store several times, spoke to the security guards but they didn't know why the store was closed either. This store is unprofessional and does not respect their customers time!

I love this store, this is the first store I got my first sewing kit and everything fabric. I love the quality of their products and also the workers there. Very welcoming and willing to assist. Keep it up Fiona's.

Well the staff are friendly indeed. There are prices for all income levels . The items are high quality.

It's a scam. Never on time, rude management, poor quality workmanship. All sizes were wrong. Used cheaper material charging for more expensive one.

BEWARE: The owner is rude to customers and mistreats her staff. Great products but TERRIBLE management and communication from the owners regarding pricing of items. They do not communicate or display any hidden costs then try and bully you into paying for them.

Really stunning silks huge variety of everything but also sold out on a few fabric colours that I wanted to purchase .. excellent service!
