Mr Price Home Randburg Square

I have been to many Mr Price homes... furniture stores at that and I have never experienced the level of customer service that I did at this specific branch. A truly devoted and reliable manager, sis' Nurse who helped me with a larger order of gallery frames. She went out of her way to collect what I needed instead of referring me like most would... and the icing on the cake, she went as far as delivering them without hesitation - this is without a car available. Truly a remarkable woman. High level of customer care that is so rare these days. Thank you so so much Sis Nurse and the branch.

Ladies who run this branch seriously need to go for customer service course. Wanted to exchange items I bought in wrong sizes but lost my receipt. Even though I bought on account they flatly refused to assist without original receipt. Eventually got assistance at Northgate branch. Sadly I can't give a zero here on this review. Hope management attends to this branch urgently.

I had a good experience while I was shopping there, one of their staff has helped me. I was happy.

Very bad i mean we stood there in the queue while there was only 1 cashier if you will ever see me there again I'd be stupid

Gives u a peace of Shopping it's big enough helpful staff and great service. Lastly not over crowded

Its always good to be at Mr Price! They sell brand stuff that are strong and lasts.
