Country Road

Terrible service! Your staff are incredibly untrained and it puts the brand to shame. Every time I call in, the person on the line is screaming and talking to their friends while trying to have a conversation me. I keep just wanting to check up on my oder as my shoes broke and they were getting me a new pair. Ive had to come into the branch twice because you guys keep loosing my order number and details. When I call to follow up, theres no way of checking me up on the system because apparently theres no information on my item or name. I will not be coming back a third time but you still owe me my shoes which cost a fortune. Country Road is suppose to be a great brand. You've really let the side down guys. Contact me !!!

Terrible service. Was informed no where in CT had stock of the sneakers I was looking for in my size. Went to V&A..they had the sneakers and much better service!

Poor service, you are often ignored by sales assistants who are chatting.
