A genuine home away from home experience. Keeping it real.
Nice spacious apartments, fully equipped kitchens with washing machines, friendly staff and big shop right next door.Rooms: 5/5
Place is clean and secure environment. Car packing is safe. Big rooms and bedding fitted with electric blankets. Self catering accommodation.
Lovely place.Space lay-out perfect.Friendly staff and willingness to assist at any time. Excellent pricing. Will definitely recommend and visit again.
If you know the saying first impressions lasts, the first day of my stay with you was very unfavourable the lady who I believe is a manager made assumptions about me and reported those assumptions to my superior without clearing the issue with me. I feel she should have talked with me then if she still has problem she then tells the third person, when I tried to talk with her she was very arrogant to me.
I booked our staff into Courtyard Loding for the night and on their way from JHB to Queenstown they had a flat. We waited hours for the roadside assistance. The lady at Courtyard Lodging waited until 23:30 to open for them. This is going above and beyond. We appreciate it very much. I spoke to my employees this morning and they said the guest house was awesome! We will definitely stay there again and hopefully not arrive in the middle of the night! Thanks Courtyard Lodging!!
Loved the place, working away from home and staying there made a home away from home experience
We made a confirmed booking. When we arrived, they shipped us of to another b&b across the road that only had 3 beds for the four of us. They still expected full payment which we protested.
This is the most welcoming place where u can even bring your family, friendly staff excellent service.
