My overall experience of this place was unpleasant. I wasn't offered any towels, soaps or shampoos. No one explained whether or not they offered breakfast. The bedroom light couldn't switch off.
The WORST experience ever! I had made a booking on the phone for a room for 1 adult and 2 kids aged 6 and 8, upon arriving the man on duty said we have to book 2 bedrooms cause only 2 people are allowed in a room, or we have to take a room that accomodates 3 people at a higher price and room does not even have a TV! I was appauled, at how he expected my child to sleep alone in a seperate room, are these people for real? he dismissed the fact that i had made a telephonic booking by saying the man who answers the phone is not the bnb owner, his wife is the owner and he cannot take any bookings made through him. What an unproffessional place, to top it off I was refused a refund when I had changed my mind and decided to look for another bnb which will accomodate me and my babies.
The place is very nice,very friendly and welcoming Staff, we arrived in early hours and we were warmly welcomed,I would recommend the place,the linen very fresh,rooms well looked after, privacy the food very nice. Thank you for hosting us even though we couldn't stay over night but the whole experience was great. Thank you.
They have good services
Well we did not sleep, my friends and I were not impressed by the outside, so one of my friends took a look at the rooms whilst I went to use the bathroom which had a window opening but no window was fitted, I was just lucky I did not have to make a number 2 in full view of anyone passing in the passage, my friends gave it a thumbs down, well I was not impressed by the glass less toilet, we agreed to leave,
I would never recommend this place to to anyway bad service , broken showers beds are no comfortable, they don't have anything to do a coffee in the morning, one towel the service is really bad, how I wish they should have started by renovating the room
Being there it was not good at all , Guest are not respectful. We didnt sleep due to music until after 24h00 . Even the their rooms are not neat.
Whiles traveling through night - they allowed us to shower & freshen up before having to attend a meeting - Other blatantly refuse - including Casino Hotel
I enjoyed my stay it meet my expectations and more
Unpleasant place to be in shame, water it's cold, and there was a rat in my room and when I told the manager he couldn't care less, they don't even deserve a star such a shame to stay in this place and I wouldn't recommend it to any one
