Building a bridge between the Randburg communities and those sworn to protect and serve them.

Description

CPF Randburg is a body of volunteers. Randburg has 5 sectors, with each one represented on the Committee. A SAPS representative is assigned to each sector. Sub-forums represented on the CPF include the Liquor Forum, the School Forum, the Hawkers Forum, the Security Forum and the Business Forum. Additional Forums are planned to represent particular areas of the community (e.g. a Banking Forum and a Garage Forum).

Our Mission in 2013 is to make the public more aware of our activities and of our importance to the communities of Randburg.

Took my elderly mother to the Randburg Police Station and they were so helpful and I was finished within five minutes. I was very impressed with the service we received. Drove around to the back of the Police station and saw the living quarters, these definitely looked way below par.
I always find it amazing that police stations, especially Randburg police station, don't answer the phones when you call them. Like, why am I contributing my tax towards them? It's quite sad how incompetent the people in the SAPS are when it's supposed to be one of the most important services a country offers.
I went there to submit the preliminary trainee application form. When i got there we waited outside from 14:30 till 16:00. When we got the chance to submit, they told us that the HR has already knocked off. So i lost the opportunity of the application, because of the service they gave us. I mean a person who came to submit and the person who came certify they wait on the same line. Am not happy with the service at all...
Had a break in night before last, the officers on duty in the early hours of the morning were there within minutes of being called. Truely great service, they made sure that w felt safe and secure and drove with us back to the police station, having sent someone ahead to start the paperwork so as to minimize the time we had to be there so that we could get back home. Thoroughly impressed guys, we are all so quick to say something when you drop the ball, and then keep quiet when you get it right. So great job guys.
Worst police station Ever. Went in to open a case and the officer just refused to listen to me and help me. I asked him to talk to me nicely as I was shaken up and he proceeded to scream at me more. So traumatized.
What a pleasant surprise!! Served by a lieutenant colonel in a make shift customer service centre due to covid. Wrote my statement without blinking an eye! Friendly and courteous! Thank you! You are appreciated!!
Great, friendly service! We had a break in and I went to go report it at the station. I was served by Officer Chabalala. She was professional, friendly and efficient. Thank you for the great service
The officer that took my statement could not construct proper sentences and refused me to accept my properly thought out ,typed and signed statement! Furthermore , the spelling mistakes were that of a child in 3rd Grade! How do people like this get employed by SAPS? Then months went by and did not get a case number- They lost the file ! Calls go unanswered and the people you do eventually speak to are pretty much useless. Defend yourself instead, the SAPS are an utter Joke to our society!
Phoned 10 times, don’t pick up!! Zero stars not 1! Why do I pay tax?? Shocking shocking, ANC absolutely destroying this place
We had an intruder in our garden early this morning and we called the police. They came within seconds- we did not have to wait, and four policemen came in and investigated. The intruder escaped quickly because they must have heard us calling the police. I would just like to thank the officers for their utmost support, I felt safe and at ease and they were very helpful. I only got one officer's name, Vincent. Thank you so much Vincent, you and your team were amazing.
