With trepidation I asked if I could have the 6 couch cushions made up and ready in less than 5 days. I was surprised when 4 days later they phoned to say ready for pickup. Beautifully made with piping and they added batting which I did not know it was needed. All done for an amazing small price, by far the best price from other quotes and their service and workmanships is priceless. Service par excellence!!

Great spot, a regular Aladdin's Den for crafters, found almost everything I was looking for, the yarn was sold out practically but I managed to get some of what I needed, I think they are waiting for stock. I will be back....

Been visiting Craft Concept for many years. Every single visit over the years has been such a pleasure. Excellent variety of Craft Merchandise and at very good prices. Was chatting to the owner today recollecting a day when I was in the store when they had a bit of a mishap and their display stands fell like domino's. Had a good chuckle over that incident. This store is well worth a visit.
