Seventh Park Hair

I had knotless braids done at Musgrave Seventh Park Hair Salon. Prior to my appointment I had sent reference images of the colour braiding hair I wanted and they assured me it was not a problem. When I arrived they did not have the colour, so I ended up settling for what was on the shelf. I’m not from Durban and I’m quite particular when it comes to braiding my hair, the technique and the colour. The overall experience was a 2/5. Reason being is that the service was very unprofessional, I found myself being an assistant to my hair stylist and handing her hair pieces as she did my braids - and being told to ‘be quick’. Anyone who is like me - perhaps find an alternative salon or try the Umhlanga branch, maybe you’ll have better luck there.

I am beyond impressed about the service I just received from this salon. Nathalia the lady who did my hair unfortunately was not feeling well but regardless her work and attention to detail was impeccable and that speaks volumes about the work ethic. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone. I am definitely a happy customer.

The wigs are of great quality but customer service sucks big time! I picked up my sister in tears after the horrible customer experience she received from the staff. I wouldn't recommend the salon at all. Zero manners and client etiquette.
