All staff consistently have an eye to understand client needs before you raise them, procedures are guest-friendly, room infrastructure well-thought, everything you need is there and fitted with and eye for details. Excellent food quality in restaurants and bars. This is hospitality done right, and it is systematic and consistent in this. Service and quality wise one of the best I have ever stayed. Special thanks to Ms. Alona from Guest Assistant team. Very nice lady who is always ready to help with any questions.
The room is always kept incredibly clean, our mini bar is kept stocked up daily with a whole range of lovely snacks and name branded drinks. On arrival we were greeted with champagne and didn’t even need to check in as this was done for us. Our suitcases were brought up for us, we even asked at reception if someone could come and take the tv off the wall so we could plug in our fire stick and they did it without hesitation. All pool and beach areas are clean and well looked after. All in all, we both felt this hotel was more than anything we expected it to be and we would be more than happy to come back next winter, a great first trip to Turkey, it will be difficult to top this.
we stayed with our family during the grand opening, every single person in the hotel spent a great effort to make our stay unforgettable. Rooms are pretty large and comfortable, housekeeping was perfect, foods were so delicious but most importantly; service! it was 10/10! day & night shows are very good. i truly recommend everyone.
Wonderful hotel. Here you’ve got a wonderful choice of doing whatever you want, or even doing nothing and just being in the moment. Here you don’t really have to think about anything, because everything is being taken care of for you. Honestly, it’s a pure pleasure. Great food, heated pool, SPA zone and fantastic gym with Technogym equipment, bars, I could go on and on with this list. Golf fields for golf players. Wonderful views. Fantastic sunsets. There are though some few imperfections, that don’t bother that much, but however, I’d like to say that in the hotel of this level the personnel has to speak English on a good level, which was not the case. Pity. I think the management team should work on this. As a result, A+++ recommended, you’ll definitely have some great time there.

Great hotel! Not far from the airport, spacious, beautiful! The territory has everything not to be bored, even if the weather is rainy. Delicious and varied food all day, swimming pools, hammam, spa. Every evening - entertainment for guests. The staff is genuinely friendly, the rooms are cleaned daily. I recommend you to visitRooms: 5/5

The service is amazing. The animators also keep us company throughout the day and the concerts help us spend the night. The pool service is also amazing they bring everhthing in few minutes of you ordering ans always near you for orders. Overall amazing service and recommend it for whoever is thinking of coming here.Rooms: 5/5
All inclusive resort in Bellek turkey. It has it all, currently it still rather new so things need a fine tuning, but the entertainment plans are top notch. After dinner shows and party are really superb and carefully executed. Well done!Rooms: 5/5
This hotel is a true luxury hotel, propably the best one in the region. The service is always very friendly, wether it is happening in the breakfast, lunch or dinner hall. We stayed at Family Suite, which has a direct access to the warmed pool. The room was just amazing. Hands-down the best one I ever have visited. The cleaning work was perfect and it was very tidy all the time. The services in the area are diverse. There are different snack options and activities. The cabanas in the beach are beautiful. I truly recommend this hotel and hope to return soon.
