We broke down in the middle of a winter's night and called Ron at 11.30pm. He answered the phone and opened up the place for us with a smile on his face. He was so welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed a hot breakfast in the morning and a lovely walk on the farm with Patches and Paws the dogs. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable, even though we felt so helpless having to wait the entire day for our insurer to sort out a hired car for us. Thank you for your kindness Ron!

Ron is a great host with friendly personal service. Ask him to braai for you, bets braai food I had in many years. Beautiful views of the surrounding landscape await those willing to take a stroll onto the property surrounds. We'll priced and certainly worth a visit.

Place does not look like advertised. Is a wrack, awful and moldy. Would not recommend at all. No way I could stay there with my kids, had to find another place on number 99. On top of it all we only got refunded 60% of the money we paid.Rooms: 1/5
