Excellent service. Got an appointment for a TB x-ray within 10 days after the phone was picked up within 2 ringsafter holding on for two hours for the Pretoria reps. All promptly done on the day, very professional.

I had one of the best service I have had in a very long time at ShipMed today. From the moment I walked in, the staff at the reception were welcoming, I was there an hour before my appointment but they managed to assist me starting with Dr Joanne and Dr Natasha did my Measles and Rubella vaccines and some other check ups, she was so gentle and friendly. I also had a very good conversation with the Dr that looks like Matthew McConaughey I didn't get his name, such a friendly man, recommended a few places I could go to in Durban while I wait for my flight that's going to be a 7pm. I would definitely come back here. Such a refreshing experience
I phoned on Thursday and needed my medical to be moved urgently for personal reasons, the lady that answered was very kind and assisted me immediately with very few questions. On arrival on the Friday, we were greeted with smiles that's a bonus and efficiency the system flows, the directions are clear and friendly. I am not sure what I was expecting but I left with a smile. They run timeously and are all extremely helpful. truly appreciate. highly recommended.
From reception to the rest of the staff members, they were very friendly and efficient. I was greeted and welcomed with a warm pleasant smile by Marie and Xoliswa who gave me clear instructions on what was required of me. Sister Thandeka's hand was gentle with the needle and Dr James was very warm. They are very professional and everything was done within proximity. I will definitely be coming back and recommend them highly. This was my first beautiful medical experience in South Africa. Kudos to you guys.
