as the Senior IT technician I have had the pleasure to deal with Daisy Business Solutions where Daniel Lefevre is appointed as our account Manager. Daniel and his team has given us very good service over the last 3 years, they always go the extra mile when it comes to keeping the customer happy and they are also very patient when having to wait for documents to be singed off before work can be done. Daniel always makes sure we get the right deal at the best possible prices. The Daisy team is also very capable when it come to network installations and to this day we use them for our networking and telephone and Printer needs. Had the best experience with Natasha and Stephan, they responded instantly and had two technicians come out to Hermanus all the way from Cape Town the day after contacting them. The two technicians, Gary and Gareth were friendly, quick and very helpful towards solving the problem and wasted no ones time. The electrifying presence of Richard changed the atmosphere with just one meeting. We have never met anyone as intriguing, dedicated to their work and integrity yet display such joy in what he does, he makes hard seem easy. Anyone not doing business or signing up with Richard will miss out greatly. He knows what he's doing, he knows his product. Its rarely you will meet a salesman acting so swiftly and deliver on his word as He does. Richard did not oversell himself or the product but did justice to the word service delivery.
