These ladies are the best. The nice thing is, from a man’s perspective, you can walk in choose your colors, choose your flowers, set your budget and your bouquet is ready within 10 minutes!!! Perfect! Simple! Individual bouquets! If I could give 6 stars I would! Thank you so much
What a find - a delightful florist! Nothing is too much for them. My late request for flowers for the next day was met with professionalism and care. And I was blown away by the large and beautiful bright floral arrangement which was perfect for our needs. Can't recommend the Rose Room highly enough.
I needed a bouquet quickly for a loss in the family. Anne-Marie was extremely helpful, polite, efficient, and went above and beyond expectations. I was ordering from Vancouver, Canada, but that didn’t matter. She made the whole transaction seemless. She even emailed me a picture of the bouquet before delivering. I highly recommend this florist. I’d give her a 6/5 stars if I could. Customer service at its finest. Kudos to The Rose Room.
I was spoiled with a beautiful floral arrangement in a vase from my employer by the Rose Room. The most exquisite selection of flowers were chosen: white and pink roses, spray roses, freezias seasonal, carnations, continental lilies, big crysanthemums, Inca lilies, snapdragons and Baby’s breaths….perfectly splendid! Every day is going to be a happy day for me for a week long!!! Xx

A very poor experience. This company came highly recommended, but problems started as soon as I tried to place an order. Company refused to provide full details to enable me to make a transfer. These are details every bona fide company should have like company registration etc. The tone of the emails also left a great deal to be desired. They expected me to phone from overseas where i am currently working and give them my credit card details. I wanted to do a transfer as its more secure, but that was not to be as the company was unable to provide the required company information.
Very special place for me, Anne-Marie has helped me out so many times before with roses. There selection is vast and beautiful. Best place to get flowers and fast delivery! Incredible service, always on time and friendly staff with attention to detail! Never a let down.
