We were quoted a large some of money for greenery and flowers and were promised amazing quality and attention to detail. There was not ONE flower on my reception tables on my wedding day. We had to pay additional costs to the venue coordinator to drive to woolies to buy white flowers when at last minute we realized that what we ordered was not what was delivered. We did not even receive a call from the florist letting us know that the flowers could not be delivered. We are still waiting on our refund after two months of trying to contact the owner.
