Dam Technical College

I have a problem with regards to my books. I registered on the 27th of January 2023 and I still haven't received my books. The lady, who is the receptionist doesn't seem to have customer service skills, there is no apology or explanation as to when I am getting my books and she is so rude. Yesterday I asked via WhatsApp and she said she will send them by the end of the day via post but today when I call she rudely said"I said I will inform you when they are ready, I am still ordering" I don't know how long it takes to order books, the thing is I'm writing in March and I must submit assignments but there is no clear communication or answers from her.

I have been dealing with Linda for 2 years now. When you call with any query, she is humble & kind. She never has any problem to assist you with anything. Thanks Linda, it is a pleasure to call & query anything at DAM. You are 5 star & above.

My experience was great studying at Dam Technical college.Its a great place to be by the way the learning experience,the atmosphere there is quite great indeed.The location itself is number 1 because it's safe situated,you need to worry not about the Pick pockets because they are a lot of security officers all over which for some first year students for Next year l recommend you give a try to the college because the Institute provide the best Education and the teachers there are so accomdactive which we need so we encourage young people who need to achieve their goals to make it.I remember when it was my time to come collect my Results they gave me call and what l love is they show love and support to us not only that but it's a Home for Best Education.You deserve 5stars from my view.

Amazing College i have been, ever in my life. They are aware of when is the results will be available and when the results there they call you. Giving them 5 Star and above. Thanks to DAM. Stay amazing as you are.
