De Bron Sentrum

Malmesbury is a tiny little town and the shopping centre De Bron is pretty much the centre activity of the town. For a small town, it has a surprising number of shops: You can find sports, general clothing and grocery shops all under the same roof. It get rather packed on a Saturday morning, but crowds dissipate quickly around 1pm. There’s plenty of parking including covered parking which is free and minimal crime. On the negative side, you have to pay to use the bathrooms – this is common in rural areas – but still unacceptable. Service was mixed: In the big brand stores, service was good and empathetic, but not so much in some other stores where it came across as blunt.

Not as good as some other malls. Not a great variety of stores that's of actual value to the community. It will get you by yes if you can buy some over inflated products as you have nowhere else to go. Fruits and vegetables are not always as fresh as you'd hope for at Pick and Pay. Meat sometimes look and smile old.

Lovely tea time treats like cupcakes, brownies, scones, cookies, etc. Fair pricing.
