The worst ever. If they don't have drivers, they deliver almost 3 hours later and the pizza is cold!!! I'll never order there again. I'd rather spend R15 more to oder from palm springs. This branch is nonsense
I’m so disappointed by your service, we placed an order and it’s been two hours now and we waited with no one reaching out to us for our order. We kept trying to make an enquiry concerning the order using the telephone numbers they provided on the Debonairs app, no one picked up. We called numerous times and we still haven’t received our order and we’ve also paid online via debit card. This is actually my third time facing such on different occasions. The first time I got hold of the consultant she told me that the delivery guys have no cellphones on them and that they cannot track them. How can you deliver without a cellphone or a navigator??? Worst service ever!!!
I will never ever order debonairs from Evaton mall ever again.This is my 6th order and I’m still getting the same results. The pizza literally has nothing inside , they just added 4 cubes of ham and sauce there is no meat. This just the bun, I’m highly disappointed. I just waisted my R250.00 that I worked hard for
What a disappointing and pathetic experience for me. Yesterday around 18h00 I ordered pizza to be delivered to my place however I have been waiting even now. That time I already paid for it nxa!
Don't ever order food from here, the service is bad, the food is bad worse part it's cold. Don't even try ordering via the app you'll get your food after 6 hour's happened to me twice this year. Bad! BAD!
I bought a meaty triple decker yesterday around 4 pm but i was given chicken only noticed when i got home i am so disappointed with the service there
I ordered my pizza online, the delivery guy arrived over an hour after I was told he left the store mind you, I stay 10mins away from the store. When he got here, the pizza was cold and I made him aware of that coz even the sticker was black he said it doesn't matter, I'll warm it up. So disappointed
Very slow service. Their pizza are not tge same as other debonairs. Their triple decker meaty it's dry. Service is poor, their pizza it's dry. I always order at thabong but today i decided to visit evaton hai i received something different to what I always order. Ingredients weren't as i excepted.
Slow service if you order online, slow service if you walk in and poor customer service and worse of all dry pizza with old ingredients. Ordered many times same results over n over again. 1 star is being kind.
