They don't open all tills and their customers start to queue from 8am. The guy who was helping us started by telling us to FICA our church account by app. But we were already at his desk. I refused to go queue again at the app desk. Then he helped us and it didn't take long.

Had a pleasant experience no much queue, the service was great and polite from the door to service agent Thato that assisted me. Keep good work it clean and airy.

It gets packed but the staff looks equal to task as you don't wait that long and not only that they are professional

On the 15th yesterday I went to Fnb with my mother who was born 1928 In other banks they they take care of senior citizens but not in maponya mall

Bad service at the branch of maponya mall the agents gave me false information when it was time for them to deliver they lied again

Y'all are closed and u didn't even update ur details, so inconvenient
