This is my suggestion to whomever contemplates ordering from this place: RECONSIDER! They are highly unprofessional and have a lack of ethical conduct. I made an order @ 17:35. It is now, 19:04. I received numerous calls from this store for clarification of my address *which I entered on the Debonairs App* - I responded to ALL calls. For a rating of less than 3 and 99% negative reviews, it is clearly evident that they could not be bothered by the complaints and should close down. :

Worst service, worst debonairs in Johannesburg. Ordered pizza on delivery at 18:30, no delivery till 20:30, I had to drive there only to be met on the closed door with a cold pizza. First and last to buy from this branch again... They even put wrong pizzas and they don't taste good. First and last to order from this shop, better to order from kensington as usual...
Your delivery services are very very poor. Your driver could not bring my order on time. How can preparing a very small pizza and delivering it from Yeoville to Wits university take 3 hours? You have lost me as a customer because of this nonsense. To anyone, don't buy from this pizza store again as you can see all the grievances from customers buying from this store. And don't listen to their "we'll look into it" story because if they did, people wouldn't be complaining. You would be foolish to not listen to us!

The staff are so welcoming ,and the pizza was well cooked i enjoyed it Vegetarian options: they now offering tripple decker on veg flavour which is so fair to those who want tripple deckers but are vegetarians
