Decorland

The product is great quality but the size measurements for my custom blinds were all longer than the measurements sent through to them about 50mm to a 100mm longer which is a big problem with a sliding door where 2 blinds go next to each other. Wanted to take a few of the blinds back to Decorland inside Game but then the lady said she has to cut them shorter herself with a hacksaw. When seeing that she hardly knew how to use a hacksaw I said don't worry I will go saw them myself exept for the blind that was almost 100mm longer than on my invoice.

Abysmal service. I paid for an order about a month ago which has yet to come through, and I have to keep calling the Mall of Africa shop to remind someone that we are still waiting for the job to do be done. I would not recommend having any work done through this company, unless you want to be completely forgotten about. Some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered, without any care or communication.

I phoned for a quote on an extended wand 2Meter. They sourced one for me and supplied it free of charge. Went above and beyond. Thank you!

My shipment took almost 2 weeks, payment put on hold for more than a week, no response from them unless you call them frequently

Everything is bad here, went back and forth 3 times, have to back for the forth time, highly NOT Recommended.... zero stars
