We are so grateful with the staff of Dent Doctor! We had an urgent problem to solve with our vehicle, and they were the only ones willing to do the job on such a short-notice install and paint the whole bumper. They even washed our car, fixed a crack and painted a few chips, without even charging extra. Cecile and Nelly were very helpful replying all our doubts/questions, and Kevin did an amazing, impeccable job. On June 2021 I took the my vehicle Audi, A4, 1.8T] into Dent Doctor Boksburg workshop for a minor dent on the passenger door.  While in your possession, for personal use  and it was damaged as follows, by one of your employee whom you recently fired:  see attached pictures.  1. The front bumper and Engine components. 2. The headlights. 3. Driver side Air bag. 4.Bottom side door frame. 5. The driver door was damaged  You were under a legal duty to take care of my car while it was in your possession and requires you to use reasonable skill and care while carrying out work.  The fact that the my vehicle was damaged while in your possession is evidence that you failed to take reasonable care of it.  The vehicle repair or the work you carry out is not satisfactory and i noticed the following during my visit into your workshop:  1. The torn driver seat was taken from old car and fitted in my car. 2. The headlight's are after market parts. 3. The airbag was taken from old car and fitted. 4. Radiator that was fitted, is already used. 5. Radiator Fan Set holder damaged. 6. Driver door does not close properly and is a second hand door.  Today you want me to take the vehicle on such conditions, which contain the second hand parts which will only allow me to drive the vehicle for a short term and then start giving me problems.  Simple thing I am requesting Dent doctor is to fit my vehicle with new and original parts as opposed to second hand parts that are currently fitted.

I have a 2004 Porsche Boxster S which I have been restoring and trying to keep it as immactulate as possible. I have a Dent and Scratch Policy and so I took it to Dent Doctor to see if they could fix a few things on my car within the R4500 limit I had. Not only did they repair, to perfection, all the items I asked them to do, they also also performed a lot of additional small touch up items which they did not charge me for, so all the work the did for for me did not cost me a cent. I also had them do a Full Flat and Polish and the car looks brand new. They kept the car for 5 days doing this work and were keeping me constantly updated and the paint and body shop expert, Kevin, was amazing in explaining what they were going to do and showing me it great detail all the work they had done afterwards. Just having these things repaired in a professional way by Dent Doctor has definitely increased the re-sale value of my Porsche and they are fully affiliated with Porsche and other top of the range brands. I have no hesitation of recommending them and will definitely use them again in future if I need to.Services:&nbsp;Painting

Got a quote for a chip repair. Very very expensive

Really great service and superb quality repairs. I was nervous about repairing my bakkie after we hit a gate on the side. At first I just wanted to order new parts, but Dent Doctor convinced me, and went ahead with repairs. They matched my vehicle's red paint 100% and I cant even see where the damage was. Surprisingly, it didn't cost an arm and a leg either. Highly recommended!!

Friendly and helpful staff . Great workmanship.

Avoid these guys. Vehicle was delivered filthy and staff completely obtuse to customers requests. Try to call and chat to onwer avoids my calls. So here is my constructive input for your review Rick.
