When you go to a Dent Doctor you normally rest assured that the service would be great and your car will be fixed in time and perfectly but this dent doctor takes away from what other dent doctors have worked so hard for. The service is not great, customer service is not a priority to them, at some point Marius the guy I was dealing with told me that I was waisting his time. I took my car in as it had a dent and I explained that I work with my car so if they could prioritize the job I would really appreciate, Marius explained that if there was nothing that could disturb the job like load shedding, rain etc I would have my car by Wednesday, Monday I dropped off the car and Wednesday I had to be the one phoning to follow up if the car was done, Marius informed me that it will only be ready on Thursday. Thursday morning he phoned me to let me know that I could pick up the car, when I got there he gave me the keys but I was shocked that he did not even bother to check the work that was done, when I opened the door to check on the paint work done I was surprised to see that in between the door the car was not painted properly, when I showed him he just had a blank look, he asked one of the guys to come with a small brush to try fix the paint which was another shocker and he walked away. The guy explained to me that a paint and brush was not going to fix the poor paint work done, I would have to bring the car in again so they can fix the paint work. My car had a new small dent which I asked Marius what happened cause that dent wasn't there and I did inspect the car with him when I brought it in, he told me he didn't know and did not seem to care either. My car is white, when I collected the car I noticed when I got home that there was also red paint smeared on some parts of the car like back of one mirror, I had to return the car for half a day so the paint work could be re-done. I have dealt with dent doctor in Midrand before and their service was impacable and this led me to think that all dent doctors are the same but this one in Alberton I would really not recommend it to anyone.
