I visited your establishment on Monday the 23rd of January for a mammogram and ultrasound. There were a few nerves on my part because not only was it my first mammogram at the age of 45 but I had urgently requested an appointment because I had discovered a lump near my armpit. My doctor recommended yourselves and my initial phone conversation with Jackie quickly put me at ease because not only had there been a cancellation that day but her calm, friendly and informative manner made me feel I was in good hands. On arrival the wow factor of the actual building and reception area was very welcoming, clean and inviting! The lovely ladies at the reception desk clearly explained the paperwork I needed to complete and gifted me a very handy notebook and pen which I think is a really nice gesture. I was called through and San-Marie please do excuse any name misspelling on my part! addressed me in a gentle, professional and relaxing manner talking me through the procedure and I felt that I was in very good hands and very caring hands too. She was fabulous! I cannot fault a single thing at Hyperlife, I was blown away by the service and care I received and am so very grateful to all concerned. I currently live overseas but will be travelling back to SA and to Hyperlife when my next mammogram is due. Thank you all!

Marelize and her team went above and beyond to accommodate us. They graciously went into work earlier to assist my husband. This level of service and professional is not something you find nowadays. Well done Hyper Life MRI department. Thank you!

Dr G.H Bayes is one of the best orthopedic surgeons you can see . Had a knee operation done by him and I was up and walking again in no time . Mr Christopher Keeling in the physio department is also excellent will definitely recommend to anyone . Great service and super friendly.

I have had excellent service from this medical centre for years untill yesterday. I had a consultation with my doctor on Thursday and was referred to the main building for a ECG. The 2 ladies at the ECG department has no sympathy for the ill patients at all. They firstly turned me away as I gave them the referral letter from my GP and after 40 minutes it took them to open a file. Of which the file still had a previous patients details on it. Upon making a appointment for 9 am the following morning for a ECG, I was unable to attend. One of the receptionist phomed as to when I asked her to reschedule. She told me that it is inconvenient for Dr Arthur to reschedule and that I will not be able to reschedule. Is this how patients is being treated in this department? Extremely negligent with their patients and extremely rude. Your health is the least important to this department. I am absolutely stunned with this service. Honestly.

Dr Snyman and her reception ladies are amazing , friendly and helpful - had a knee surgery and Dr Bayes is the best specialist - the reception ladies are lovely... Basically Hyper life and all their staff is professional and lovely. I wont ever go to another medical clinic

I recently went for my very first mammogram. And I have to commend the friendly, caring way the nurse helped me through it. I was surprised by the wonderful, caring service. Thank you for making my first mammogram, a pleasant one. NY.

The receptionist at the main doctor's building are wonderful. They are always kind in person or on the phone - very reassuring during the stressors caused by the pandemic. Dr Chennels and Dr Dowson are top notch doctors who go above and beyond -they are caring and thorough. The facility is always neat, clean and professional. This is a safe and welcoming environment. I always find a good parking spot too.

Went to the center today for Dr Brits because he was highly recommended. We were very disappointed by the receptionist's manners and approach, she was so VERY RUDE! She screamed: "stop" as we approached her counter. We had to scream back and tell her what we wanted as we were far from each other. It's sad because apparently the doctor is good and the receptionist is rude.

VERY RUDE RECEPTIONIST by the X-rays section ! She has no way of speaking nicely to people . Very abrupt and cuts you off mid-speaking with her grouchy personality full of " I'm better than you " complex . Yells at people ... I would rather go to government hospitals anytime over this one . If you are introverted and already have difficulty speaking to people, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place while she is still there . Aside from her , the sonar lady was very nice and welcoming. Not frightening at all .

The review is specifically related to BERGMAN, ROSS & PARTNERS Radiology. Most unprofessional service you will find...unfortunately an extended service offering from HMC. Not only is their attendee radiologist super unfriendly; their accounts department must employ disgruntled employees which is the only logical explanation for their behaviour - even for free I would not recommend the service.
