My first experience with specsavers alberton was phenomenal..I went to get an appointment for my daughter and I came across this lovely, welcoming and friendly Portia @ the store.. this lady has been soo wonderful and helpful with my daughter to such an extent that I ended up doing my glasses there even though I had my doctor, this was purely because of her patience and her being soo helpful.. Firstly, booking for an appointment online was quick and very easy. On my appointment day, I was welcomed by friendly staff Portia. The doctor attended to me on time. She answered all my questions and was very informative. She continued to get the best quote for my contact lenses and kept me informed throughout the process. My specs came back quickly as well. Very happy with the service

First time going there and the service was excellent. As I came in they attended me quickly. Thanks to Dr Dina and her assistant Donny. Keep it up guys. I will surely visit again.

If I could give Spec-Savers 100 stars, I would. They did an amazing job in assisting me, making sure I'm comfortable, and making sure I make an informed decision based on my medical aid. Huge thank you to Lorentina Mavundla from Spec Savers Alberton City, who went the extra mile to ensure that I got my specs on time. Even though it was loadshedding and after business hours,16 May 2023 5h15pm she waited, in the dark cold mall, for me to arrive that evening so that I could collect my glasses. The service from Portia is always excellent, welcoming and efficient this is why I've been a customer for years. The addition of Dr Mahundla has been wonderful she was such a joy. Overall, the experience is always a highlight
